Attendance Support
I Cannot Clock In or Out
Check that:
- The Workment Clock device is online.
- You selected the correct attendance action.
- Your face or PIN has been enrolled.
- You are assigned to the correct store.
- Your scheduled shift permits the action.
- Manager approval is not required.
If the problem continues, ask an authorized manager for assistance. Provide the approximate time and any message displayed by Workment.
Face Verification Is Not Working
- Face the camera directly.
- Keep your entire face visible.
- Use an evenly lit area.
- Avoid bright light behind you.
- Keep still until the scan finishes.
- Clean the camera if it appears obstructed.
If verification continues to fail, use your PIN if permitted or ask a manager to re-enrol your face.
I Forgot My Employee PIN
Workment does not display saved PINs. Ask an authorized manager or administrator to verify your identity and reset or re-enrol your access method.
My Attendance Record Is Incorrect
Contact your manager and provide:
- The affected date
- The time displayed in Workment
- The expected time
- A short explanation of what happened
Attendance records can only be corrected by authorized users within your organization.
Schedules and Work Hours
My Schedule Is Missing or Incorrect
Confirm that you:
- Signed in to the correct account
- Used the correct Work Portal ID
- Selected the correct pay week
- Refreshed the screen
- Have an active internet connection
Schedules are managed by your organization. Contact your manager or scheduling team if a shift is missing or incorrect.
My Work Hours Have Changed
An authorized manager may correct an attendance record after it has been submitted. Open the work-hours notification to review the updated information. If you believe the change is incorrect, contact your manager before acknowledging it.
My Regular or Overtime Hours Look Incorrect
Confirm that you are viewing the correct pay week and review the attendance entries included in the total. Overtime and pay-week calculations depend on your organization’s policies. Contact your manager or payroll team if you still have questions.
Manager Tools
Authorized managers may be able to:
- View currently working employees
- Review employee attendance
- Approve certain attendance actions
